Conditions of Use

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "76pak" or "the Platform" refers to the online gambling and sports betting service operated at 76pak.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and affiliated services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 76pak Platform.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, free spins, or other non-cash incentives granted to a Player's Account by 76pak.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by 76pak prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole functional currency of the 76pak Platform.
• "Player" or "you" means any registered user of the 76pak Platform who has accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.

By accessing the 76pak Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 76pak Platform and close your Account.

This Agreement supersedes any prior representations, understandings, or arrangements between you and 76pak, whether oral or written. 76pak reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14 of this Agreement.

Use of the 76pak Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 76pak does not permit any person under 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 76pak or any of its associated entities, service providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either through 76pak or through any applicable national gambling self-exclusion register.

76pak reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account found to be in breach of these eligibility criteria. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible Player may be voided and forfeited.

To access the real-money features of the 76pak Platform, you must register an Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 76pak Platform. Opening, attempting to open, or operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 76pak may close all associated Accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You must notify 76pak promptly of any changes to your registered details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 76pak login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 76pak will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 76pak support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 76pak may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the Platform's published inactivity fee schedule. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. Real Money Balances will never be reduced to below zero through inactivity fees.

76pak operates under international gaming licensing standards and is required to conduct identity verification on all Accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at 76pak's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation required by 76pak includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back;
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot confirming JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registration in your name);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by 76pak's compliance function.

76pak reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing, withhold pending withdrawals, or place a hold on an Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account closure.

All deposits to your 76pak Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. 76pak accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, USDT TRC20, and Retail OTC channels. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

76pak does not accept deposits from third parties. Where a deposit is identified as originating from an account not registered in the Player's name, 76pak reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the Account pending investigation.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 76pak Account. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. 76pak targets the following indicative processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 24 hours for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business days.

76pak reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, irrespective of prior KYC completion status, if there is reasonable cause to do so for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

The 76pak Platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits, balances, or withdrawals. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

76pak offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other incentives. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance;
• Standard wagering requirements on 76pak bonuses are specified per promotion — typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount. The specific requirement applicable to each offer is published at the point of the offer;
• Only bets placed using Real Money Balance contribute to wagering requirements, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• 76pak reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of promotional abuse or where required for compliance reasons;
• Multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to systematically exploit bonus offers will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and potential permanent Account closure;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each 76pak promotion only once, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise;
• Certain game types may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution — the specific game contribution rates for each promotion are published in the respective promotion's terms.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the 76pak Platform. Specific rules for individual games, sports, and betting markets are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 76pak will not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet based on a change of mind;
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, 76pak reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the Player's Account;
• Where an error in odds, game configuration, or payout calculation is identified, 76pak reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds or configuration and to notify affected Players;
• Maximum payout limits apply per game type and are displayed within the respective game lobby. 76pak will not be obliged to pay winnings exceeding published maximum payout limits;
• Sports betting markets are subject to separate sporting rules, which govern settlement in cases of postponement, abandonment, or other event-affecting circumstances;
• Live in-play bets are accepted at 76pak's discretion. 76pak reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 76pak Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles 76pak to immediately suspend or terminate your Account, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balance held in the Account:

• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation in connection with your Account, identity, age, or payment methods;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from 76pak;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to 76pak support immediately;
• Money laundering, structuring, or any use of the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the 76pak Platform or its infrastructure;
• Registering under a false name or identity, or opening accounts on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.

All intellectual property rights in the 76pak Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, content, graphics, and trade marks, are owned by or licensed to 76pak. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to 76pak or its licensors.

You are permitted to use the 76pak Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Platform in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 76pak.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 76pak and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 76pak Platform.

76pak's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

76pak does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows and force majeure events — including telecommunications outages, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions — may result in temporary service unavailability for which 76pak accepts no liability.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 76pak's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

76pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow Players to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all 76pak Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders to notify them of elapsed session time during active gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is closed and the Player is prevented from re-registering on the Platform;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net wagering activity are available to assist Players in monitoring their gambling behaviour.

To access any responsible gaming tool, log in to your 76pak Account and navigate to the Account Settings section, or contact 76pak support via live chat. 76pak reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any Account where indicators of problem gambling are identified, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your 76pak Account by contacting support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided there are no active investigations concerning the Account.

76pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete information;
• 76pak reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account;
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of this Agreement;
• 76pak is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement, 76pak reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or criminal conduct, 76pak will report the matter to the relevant authorities and may pursue legal remedies.

76pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered Account address and/or by means of a prominent notice on the 76pak Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Where amendments are required urgently — for example, to comply with a regulatory change or to address an emergent security concern — 76pak may implement changes with immediate effect and notify Players as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

Your continued use of the 76pak Platform after any amendment has been notified and posted constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 76pak's licensing jurisdiction. 76pak operates under international gaming licensing standards.

In the event of a dispute between you and 76pak, you are encouraged to contact 76pak support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 76pak will make reasonable efforts to resolve Account disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal complaint via the registered Account email address.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body under 76pak's licensing framework. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
